These were rebuilt by Chrysler Corporation to strict military  standards . Rebuilt at Chrysler Corp , Beaver Dam Wisc. These are 12 volt starters , that have been in storage since they were remanufactured . Some of these units have a very fine powdering of light rust on the steel cover , otherwise show storage marks , scratches . they weigh 18 pounds , plus 2 pounds for packing material .
